Lead and manage communication with all stakeholders.

Coordinate, create necessary material, and facilitate the vendor briefing and vendor presentations.

Create and deliver weekly progress reports.

Manage all activities required for clarification questions, vendor assessment, rankings, shortlisting, and ultimately the selection of the right partner.

Coordinate, facilitate and guide negotiation sessions with the selected partner to ensure your project objectives and interests are upheld.

Create and maintain all documentation, templates and guides for this stage.
